WHY I CREATED THIS PROGRAM
I was training hard—five days a week, lifting heavy, sprinting for 30–40 minutes a day. I’d start with light jogs, end with sprints. I’d be dripping in sweat. But no matter how hard I trained—or how clean I ate—my body wasn’t changing.
Then I found a different approach. It was a mix of functional movement, kickboxing, and resistance training. My heart rate stayed up, my joints stayed safe, and most importantly—I got shredded without changing my diet.
Since then, I’ve been training this way every day for nearly a decade. I built my own program, and now it’s yours.
